There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

A year at our school

Breanna and Aish laid the wreath for BCS at the Bonalbo Anzac Service this morning. Lest we forget.

Bonalbo Central Show team attended our local Bonalbo show. All students did themselves and the school proud participating with enthusiasm and dedication. For many of theses students this was their first time showing cattle and although there were a lot of nerves on the day, the students listened to the advice and pointers that they were given and got in and tried their best.

We had a fantastic last day of term at Bonalbo Central School K-6 made and paraded their Easter hats. Primary and Secondary attended a whole school assembly where they received attendance and merit awards for upholding the school expectations of being Safe, Respectful, Learners. Then students participated in an Easter Egg hunt.

Primary students from ‘West of The Range’ were having a great time playing together at the NRL League Tag Challenge at Tabulam Public.

Our BCS captains are at NSW Parliament House meeting parliamentarians and learning more about our democratic processes and leadership.

Our students had the opportunity to attend the NR Touch Football Gala and Trials at Woodenbong. Our 5 students combined with Woodenbong teams in the girls under 14’s and the boys under 15’s. It was a hectic day with the students playing three to four 20-minute games at a fast pace. There was great participation from all in a highly competitive environment. Our students committed to the challenge and played their best games.

Congratulations to Sunni and Alvina who came 1st, and Drew who came 2nd, in The Land Cookery Competition at the CWA group semi-finals. Sunni and Alvina will now have the opportunity to enter the competition at state level. A big thank you to the Bonalbo CWA for their support.
